How to Cook the Feast of the Seven Fishes
Bon Appetit has compiled an amazing menu for celebrating the Feast of the Seven Fishes during the holidays. And if you need another reason to celebrate with fish this season, following a Mediterranean diet rich in fish can add five years to a person’s life, according to research carried out at Columbia University, New York. The study found that older people who followed a diet consisting of fish, vegetables, fruit, cereals, nuts and oils had a larger brain volume than those who simply ate what they wanted.
