We are excited to announce that the award for Donor of the Year was recently presented to Lynden Inc.!

SeaShare board member John Garner presented the award to Jim Jansen, Chairman of Lynden, at Jim's cabin in King Salmon, AK at an annual dinner attended by Alaska governor Bill Walker, Senators Lisa Murkowski and Dan Sullivan, and Rep. Don Young. 

Lynden has worked with SeaShare and seafood processors for many years to store and ship containers of frozen fish at no cost. Both Lynden and Jim have provided significant financial support for hunger relief, and SeaShare would not be where it is today without the incredible support of Lynden, it's employees, and Jim Jansen. 

While accepting the award, Jim said Lynden was "happy to support an organization like SeaShare, which does such great work for hungry families."
