SeaShare and the National Fisheries Institute's Future Leaders Team-up for National Seafood Month

Since 2011, SeaShare and the National Fisheries Institute's Future Leaders Program have partnered to raise awareness about the seafood industry's fight against hunger, to engage donors new and old to donate seafood for distribution to food banks, and to raise funds for SeaShare.

This year's Future Leaders class is focused on engaging new donors in the aquaculture industry, and to highlight SeaShare's mission to bring more seafood to food banks through National Seafood Month in October.

These efforts were recently featured in SeafoodSource, SeafoodNews.com, and on the SeafoodNews.com podcast. Take a moment to read/listen to the great work and energy this class has brought to their project.

We are so thankful to be working with this year's class - for all the work they have done during this #NationalSeafoodMonth, and all of the new partnerships SeaShare is developing through this class. A big thank you to Bailey Seafood, Global Aquaculture Alliance, Open Blue Cobia, and Seafood Exchange for your generous support.
